Customers may cancel their participation in this promotion at any point by contacting Casumo. In the event of a cancellation of this promotion or the promotion expires before the turnover requirements have been met, all free bets received, including any winnings in your bonus winnings wallet, will be forfeited. Any remaining real money funds from the initial deposit (after any losses are applied) can be withdrawn upon cancellation if wished.

All offers are intended for recreational players and Casumo may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.

Customers deemed to be abusing this deposit match promotion and/or the general terms of Casumo will be excluded from this and all other promotions and all bonus funds in your bonus wallet shall be forfeited.

If Casumo notices that the Offer is being abused and/or the Bonus terms are being breached, we may take the following actions against such abusers:

Revoke and/or cancel any Bonus and/or real money winnings that we regard may have been redeemed by misuse of the system; and/or Players found to be abusing Bonus Offers may be barred from receiving further Bonuses; and/or
Abusing player Accounts may be terminated.

Abuse may include but shall not be limited to:

Masking IP address or using a VPN;
Evidence of a series of contradictory bets placed by a Player or group of Players within the same betting market with the final goal of achieving profits regardless the final outcomes of the bets placed;

Players using a shared computer can only have one Account per computer or IP address. In case of Accounts found to be sharing the details previously mentioned, Casumo reserves the right to confiscate the funds on the Accounts and/or block the Accounts.
